To meet the customized requirements, JUMBORAX adopts the molding technology of water glass sand and alkali phenolic resin sand. At present, JUMBORAX foundry has two sets of 5T and 20T Intermediate Frequency furnaces, one 25T LF Refining Furnace, one 25T VD Vacuum Degassing Furnace, three shot blasting machines and six Heat Treatment furnaces. The maximum production weight of single casting is 30 tons, and the annual production capacity is 30,000 tons.
Jumborax focuses on steel castings and has rich casting experience.It can cast carbon steel , alloy steel, stainless steel, gray iron, high chromium cast iron and other materials, such as WC1 (A217), A266-2, A193B7+A194-2H, JO2501, JO3101, HC(ACI), HK30(ACI), F13101, F32800, A182 F304, A283-C, etc. Jumborax can meet the requirements of ASTM,ASME,BS,EN,DIN,JIS, ISO,GB, etc.
In 2016, in order to further implement the energy saving and emission reduction policy, JUMBORAX invested about 5 million yuan to carry out the reconstruction project of environmental protection and dust removal, striding forward to the Green Foundry.
